AMS is now conducting business as a debtor in possession under the supervision of the bankruptcy court. Prior to filing the petition, we diligently explored a number of alternatives to strengthen AMS's financial position. Although we made some progress, we were unable to secure new financing, and the petition was filed as a result. Effective immediately, AMS has ceased publishing Pages magazine. We apologize for the inconvenience, and we thank you for supporting the magazine. At this time, it has not been determined how the remaining portions of Pages subscriptions will be handled in the bankruptcy proceeding. We ask for your patience until that determination is made. In the meantime, information concerning the bankruptcy proceeding is available on the Investor Relations page of the AMS web site (advmkt.com).
